Can I customise the portal with my firm's branding?+
Yes — logo, color, and your own subdomain on the Pro plan. White-label (your own custom domain) is available on the Firm plan.
What about data security and residency?+
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Row-level security on every table, audit logs on every action, and your firm's data is pinned to your chosen region (US, UK, EU, AU, CA, NZ).
Does it integrate with my ledger?+
Xero, QuickBooks Online, and MYOB integrations are included on the Firm plan. Files can also be pushed to your existing document store.
